Demand CS Insecticide, manufactured by Syngenta, is a professional insecticide that kills a wide range of insects indoors and outdoors, including wasps, fleas, and bed bugs.

This synthetic pyrethroid, Lambda-Cyhalothrinn, features an advanced formulation with micro-encapsulated technology that provides outstanding residual protection for up to 90 days.

Demand CS Insecticide quickly provides general indoor and outdoor pest control with minimal staining. It ensures long-lasting pest control against more than 30 pests in residential, institutional, and commercial settings.

Tools Needed

You will need a hose-end sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, or professional spray rig.

How to Use

spraying Demand EZ

  • Step 1: Determine how much Demand CS to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. You can do this by measuring the length and width of the treatment area in feet and then multiplying them together (length X width = square footage). To create a perimeter barrier application around structures, use 0.2, 0.4, or 0.8 fl. oz. of Demand CS in 1 to 5 gallons of water per 800 to 1,600 sq. ft. For ornamentals, apply 3 to 5 fl. oz. of product per 100 gallons of water. To treat lawns/turfgrass, mix 3.4 to 7 ml. of product in 2 to 5 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. For spot treatments in turf, use 0.5 fl. oz. of product with 1 to 2.5 gallons of water.
  • Step 2: Fill your sprayer halfway with water and add the appropriate amount of Demand C. Fill the sprayer the rest of the way with water and shake it well, and you are ready to apply.
  • Step 3: Apply the Demand CS mixture in a coarse, low-pressure spray setting to the target area where you have pest problems. To create an insect barrier, apply a band 10 feet wide around the perimeter and up to 3 feet high on a foundation. Use all around structures and in cracks and crevices where bugs reside—retreat at 21-day intervals or as necessary for indoor applications to maintain control.

Where to Use

Spraying Demand CS indoors under fridge

Demand CS Insecticide can be used indoors and outdoors around residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural buildings; recreational areas, including parks and sports fields; lawns; landscaped and ornamental beds; ornamental trees and shrubs; and many more.

Indoors, Demand CS is limited to crack, crevice, and spot treatments to treat where pests typically hide, such as on baseboards, corners, storage areas, closets, around water pipes, doors and windows, attics, eaves, and behind appliances.

Outdoors, Demand CS Insecticide can be used on turf, ornamental plants, and landscaped beds, as well as along structure perimeters as a barrier spray, around common entry points like windows and doors, along eaves, and where wires and plumbing penetrate walls. Check the label for the complete list of approved use areas.

Do not apply to pasture or cropland.

When to Use

Apply Demand CS Insecticide when pest activity is high. For most areas of the country, this is between March and October. If you want year-long pest control, you will want to spray every three months.

Safety Information

Demand CS Insecticide is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.

Do not allow animals and people access to treated areas until the deposit has dried.

Special Considerations

Demand CS Insecticide is a microencapsulated insecticide, which means it can settle once diluted in water. Because of this, anything you mix up must be used the same day. Continuously agitating the solution in a spray tank during treatment is also necessary.

Great product and great price
A pest control pro recommended this to me and I have used it at my home in Florida for two years. I spray every 3 months @ 18mL in a 1-1/2 gallon tank. Nothing I've used in the past works as well as Demand CS. The icing on the cake was finding it here for less than Amazon, along with (fast) free shipping
