Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer Concentrate
Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer Concentrate
Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer is manufactured by Alligare and is a systemic herbicide containing the active ingredient Glyphosate. It is non-selective, which means it will kill all plants that it is sprayed on. Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer is effective when sprayed on plants that have sprouted above the ground and can also work on tree stumps to prevent regrowth and various trees for land clearing and safe enough to use for restoring wildlife habitats. Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer has a flexible, broad label as it can be used to eliminate a long list of weeds in various areas.
Tools Needed
To apply Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer, you will need to use either a backpack sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, or a skid sprayer.
How to Use
- Step 1: Figure out how much Glyphosate Plus Herbicide you need by calculating the size of the treatment area. To do this, measure and multiply the area's length x width to get the total square footage to be treated. To get the acreage, divide the total square footage by 43,560. Glyphosate Plus can be applied at a rate between 0.7 oz. (0.5% solution) to 13 oz. (10% solution) in a gallon of water depending on the spray solution ratio you use. Use the 0.5% solution for weeds less than 6 inches in height. For weeds over 6 inches tall, use a 1% solution. For harder to control weeds, use a higher solution ratio according to the label.
- Step 2: Fill the spray tank with half of the amount of water required then add in the appropriate amount of Glyphosate 4 Plus Herbicide. Fill the sprayer the rest of the way with water and then agitate until well-mixed and you are ready to spray.
- Step 3: Apply to desired areas at the proper rate. Spraying the vegetation to wet but not to the point of runoff, preferably on a fan spray setting for uniform and complete coverage.
Where to Use
Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer is formulated for use on outdoor areas such as recreational areas, parks, farms, croplands, apartment complexes, Christmas tree farms, ditch banks, ornamental plant nurseries, golf courses, lumber yards, warehouses, schools, storage areas, railroads, constructions side prior to building or laying asphalt, conservation property, and other areas.
When to Use
Applying Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer is most effective when applications are made during daylight hours while the weather is sunny, warm, and calm, so that the chemicals move through the weeds faster. It is also beneficial to make applications during daylight hours and when the targeted weeds are small. Do not treat weeds if there is drought, disease, or insect damage as this may cause weed control to be less effective in allowing the product to soak into the foliage. Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer is ideal to use before beginning construction
Safety Information
Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer is safe to use around children or pets when applied according to the product label. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment when mixing or applying Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer.
Special Considerations
Read the product label for Glyphosate 4 Plus Weed Killer before making any applications as it has specific instructions regarding the type of application equipment needed for the specific areas being treated. It is not a rainfast product and may need to be reapplied after heavy rains for desired results. There's no need to add surfactant to this product.

Q:Will it work on submerge weeds Like Hydrilla?7/23/22A:Hi Kat B, no it will not, as it will get very diluted and poison its surroundings use Diquat Herbicide Aside from that, I find it odd that Solutions pest and lawn isn't taking any responsibility for helping you with your question. I would think they would have tried their products and made sure they know a lot about the products they sell. Toxic lawn products should be avoided by consumers, especially when they are purchased from companies who make a lot of money from chemical sales, but know nothing about chemicals they sell. In fact, former customers should not be relied upon to answer questions about chemicals, except for testimony.

Q:What's the strength of this product?8/30/21A:Based on my experience it is very close to other similar products that I have used such a Weed B Gone, Round Up or any other similar vegetation killer found in the big box stores. Normally 2 1/2 - 3 Ounces per gallon of water is sufficient to kill normal vegetation. Adding a surfactant will greatly aid the process.
