Fastrac Blox Poison Bait

Free Shipping on All Orders

Fastrac Blox is designed by Bell laboratories and contains .01% Bromethalin and is a fast and extremely effective rodenticide to help you control populations of rats, mice and even Norway rats and Roof rats. Containing many gnawing edges and a hole through each block, makes this product a great bait to place inside bait boxes or simply as a stand alone bait. A lethal dose of Fastrac Blox will happen in a single feeding with dead rodents appearing in just one or two days!

Target Pests

Fastrac Blox is used for roof rats and house mice along with anticoagulant-resistant Norway rats.

For Use In

Fastrac Blox is for use in residential homes agricultural buildings garage attic sheds yards industrial and commercial buildings food processing facilities trash/dumpster areas docks and port terminal buildings and related structures. Burrow Baiting with this product is prohibited.

Application

Treatment Areas: Inside active burrows, along walls, gnawed openings, corners or concealed openings, between walls, or locations of rodent activity.

Rats: Place 2 to 12 blocks per placement.(15 to 30 foot intervals) . Adjust the amount of bait applied to the level of rat feeding expected at each bait placement.

Mice: Use 1 bait block per placement at 8-12 foot intervals. Larger placements (2 blocks.) may be used in areas of high mouse activity.

Sewers: For use in sewers, thread wire through block and securely attach to a stationary structure such as the bottom step of a manhole ladder or a sewer grate. Allow just enough wire for the block to rest on manhole benching. If benching is not present, suspend block a few inches above the high water mark or secure block on a board supported by opposing steps of the ladder. Securing block in this manner will prevent removal by rats or water. Use at least 15 blocks per manhole. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 10 days or until signs of rat activity cease

Baiting Strategy: Highest bit consumption will occur the first day or two after treatment begins. After several days inspect the placement and replenish baiting sites where there is evidence of heavy feeding or continued rodent activity.

Normally, the volume of bait consumed will be significantly less with bromethalin baits than with anticoagulant baits. Although one night's feeding will usually provide a lethal dose, maintain bait for at least one week to provide all rodents a chance to feed on the bait. Continue baiting until all signs of feeding have ceased.

We highly recommend bait stations with the use of this product. Tamper-resistant stations for indoor use.

Coverage Area

Fastrac Blox can be used in and within 100 feet of manmade structures.

Time to Kill

Fastrac Blox will quickly kill the target pests usually in 12- 48 hours after initial feeding.

Should I expect the after smell of dead mice/rats in my home or will they make an attempt to escape my home in hopes for survival?
BEST ANSWER: If you are using this for mice, they will usually be something you will smell, but they are small and it is not as strong as a rat. Rats you have a 50 50 chance either way, because they will forage and move about outside at night and then nest inside.
