Maxforce Fleet Ant Bait Gel
Maxforce Fleet Ant Bait Gel
Maxforce Fleet Ant Bait Gel is a professional sugar-based bait gel that provides fast and effective control over ants in commercial, residential, and industrial areas.
Maxforce Fleet Ant Bait Gel (formally known as Maxforce FC Ant Killer Bait Gel), manufactured by Bayer, is a carbohydrate-based ant gel bait that effectively kills ants indoors and outdoors.
This specially formulated product contains fipronil 0.01%, a fast acting-active ingredient yet slow enough to allow trophallaxis (foraging) ants to return to colony to share. As a result of this domino effect, the queen and larvae of ants have enough time to infest the material leading to complete killing of ant colony.
Maxforce Fleet Ant Bait Gel features a high moisture content and thicker gel consistency increasing its attractiveness to ants and less drip on treated surfaces. This fast-acting bait formulation results in ant colonies and population removal within 3-5 days.
Tools Needed
No additional tools are needed as Maxforce Fleet comes with a Maxforce bait injector to fill the bait reservoirs.
How to Use
- Step 1: Locate areas where ants travel. Clean up all secondary food like crumbs off counters, and wipe up any water sources to prevent ants from avoiding areas with bait.
- Step 2: Attach the ant gel reservoir to the bait injector with a twist-locking movement. Remove the reservoir outlet cap off the tip of the application tube and attach the dispensing tip while holding the tube like a syringe. Push the drive rod until the drive plunger seats against the piston in the reservoir of gel. Turn drive rod knob until teeth are facing down. With your thumb, gently squeeze the trigger until the gel slowly comes out in pea size dots.
- Step 3: We recommend placing pea size dots in areas where ants are foraging or entering the structure. Applications can be made in cracks and crevices, around plumbing sites, and other areas listed on the label. For best results, numerous pea size dots are more effective than a few large size dots.
- Step 4: Make applications until ant activity has stopped, which make take up to 5 days. Bait that has been applied will last for up to 2 weeks.
Where to Use
Maxforce Fleet Ant Bait Gel can be applied indoors and outdoors in various areas along ant trails. Indoor applications can be made along foraging trails and into nest sites, cracks, crevices, holes or other small openings where ants travel including: wall voids, cracks and crevices in kitchen, bathroom under sink, window sills, screen vents, garage, attic, and crawl spaces.
Outdoor applications can be made around eaves, soffits, weep holes, where wires and pipes come into the building structure, trees, stumps, roots, wood decks, fences, fence lines, property lines, planter boxes, woodpiles, landscaping, and railroad ties.
Do not apply bait to surfaces where the temperature exceeds 120° F as bait may run. Examples include, but are not limited to. Portions of stoves, ovens, grills, fume hoods, heat lamps, coffee urns, steam tables, toasters, fryers, dishwashers and hot water pipes

The first time I used the product I put down two strips of bait over paths being used by the ants.
By the next morning the bait is gone.
A day later you will not find any ants! I’ve done this two years in a row. Within 36 hours the ants are completely gone. I like that
My use has been outdoors. Outstanding product.
