Maki Pellet Place Packs (75ct)
Maki Pellet Place Packs are effective single-feed pellet rodent bait that kills various types of rats and mice. They come in special packaging to keep the pellet bait fresh.
09/21/25
Maki Pellet Place Packs, manufactured by Lipha Tech, is a ready-to-use all-weather rodent bait that comes pre-packaged to ensure the complete kill of rats and mice indoors and outdoors despite moisture conditions.
Each conveniently pre-packaged bait contains pellets infused with whole grains, peanut butter, and the active ingredient bromadiolone 0.005%. This ensures the right amount of product material for each rodent infestation and quick and easy bait placement with little handle. Due to its unique design, this special place-pack film keeps pellets fresh until consumed by rodents regardless of excessive moisture.
Maki Pellet Place Packs offer firm control of rat and mouse infestations in hard-to-reach areas that rodent bait cannot usually reach, such as between floors and walls.
Tools Needed
Maki Pellet Place Packs must be placed in a tamper-resistant bait station for outdoor, above-ground use. These stations are also required when children, pets, non-target mammals, or birds can access the bait.
How to Use
- Step 1: Locate areas where rat or mouse activity is occurring. Generally, these are along walls, by gnawed openings, in corners and concealed places, between floors or walls, beside burrows, or in locations where rats and/or house mice or their signs have been observed. Before applying Maki Pellet Place Packs, remove as many competing food sources as possible.
- Step 2: Apply 1 pack of Maki Pellet Place Packs per placement for house mice, usually spaced 8 to 12 feet apart in bait stations. Up to three packs may be needed at points of very high house mouse activity. For rats, apply 3 to 10 packs of product per placement, usually spaced 15 to 30 feet apart in bait stations.
- Step 3: Maintain a constant supply of fresh Maki Pellet Place Pack bait for 10 days for rats and 15 days for house mouse or until rodent activity has ceased. If you notice the bait has been contaminated or spoiled, replace it immediately. Wear waterproof gloves, and collect and dispose of all visible dead animals, leftover bait, and any bait that has become accessible to non-target animals. If reinfestation does occur, repeat treatment. Set up permanent bait stations for a continuous infestation and replenish bait as needed.
Where to Use
Maki Pellet Place Packs can be used for indoor and outdoor sites such as homes and other permanent or temporary residences, food processing facilities, industrial and commercial buildings, trash receptacles, agricultural and public buildings, transport vehicles (ships, trains, aircraft), docks and port or terminal buildings, and related structures around and associated with these sites.
Fence and perimeter baiting beyond 100 feet from a structure, as defined above, is prohibited.
Burrow baiting with this product is prohibited.
When to Use
Maki Pellet Place Packs can be used whenever rat or mouse activity is suspected.
Safety Information
Maki Pellet Place Packs are safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and applying this product.
This product is extremely toxic to mammals and birds. Dogs, cats, and other predatory and scavenging mammals and birds might be poisoned if they feed upon animals that have eaten this bait.
Special Considerations
Each Maki Pellet Place Pack pail contains 75 bait packs. Do not open the bait packs when using. The packaging protects the poisoned pellets from moisture and keeps the pellets from spoiling, which will deter rodents from eating.
The dimensions per pack: 7.5 by 5 by 1.5 inches (19 by 12.7 by 3.8 cm).
