The Tomahawk TMD14 Backpack Fogger, manufactured by Tomahawk, is a cutting-edge backpack mist blower fogger with a large 3.7-gallon chemical tank for long liquid pesticide spraying applications or ULV disinfectant treatments in indoor or outdoor locations.

This multi-functional fogger features a power lock, and a 30 ft. reach to maintain a continuous, steady fogging coat over the plants' entire top and bottom surfaces. It effectively treats all hiding areas for pests like mosquitoes carrying ZIKA or ticks carrying Lyme disease.

As a 3-in-1 fogger, duster, and leaf blower, the Tomahawk TMD14 Backpack Fogger provides year-round use for multiple situations, such as liquid or dust pesticide treatments. Designed with an adjustable grip, this fogger increases operator comfort and ultimate range of motion, whether vertical or horizontal.

Tools Needed

The Tomahawk TMD14 Backpack Fogger comes ready to use with its included padded straps, recoil cord, and back padding to reduce unnecessary operator fatigue and engine vibration. You must use liquid pesticides, dust pesticides, or water-based disinfectants.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much product material to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment site in feet, then multiply the two measurements (length X width = square footage). To find acreage, divide the square footage by one acre (square footage / 43,560 = acre). Open the Tomahawk TMD14 Backpack Fogger wide mouth lid to access its tank, then pour the selected amount of product material in according to the label instructions. Once all product materials have been added, fasten the lid tightly to avoid leakage.
• Step 2: Remove the fuel cap and slowly add 50:1 2 Stroke Fuel. Avoid overfilling the tank. Replace the fuel cap and twist until secure.
• Step 3: Pump the Tomahawk TMD14 Backpack Fogger primer bulb 3 to 5 times.
• Step 4: Adjust the engine's choke position to the UP position. Move the throttle up into the ON position, located near the power lock.
• Step 5: Pull the engine's recoil cord until it starts. Once the engine starts, adjust the choke to the DOWN position.
• Step 6: Open the water valve at the base of the throttle handle and accelerate the throttle to begin fogging.
• Step 7: Once your application is complete, turn the Tomahawk TMD14 Backpack Fogger off by switching the throttle to the OFF position.
