Honda GX340 Engine

The Honda GX340 11HP Engine is a compact, yet high-quality engine that is ideal for pesticide spraying rigs. This powerful engine runs smoothly and quietly, but has powerful 11 horsepower output and takes four strokes to power on. This engine is easy to use and maintain and comes with a 3 year limited warranty. If you are looking to upgrade a spraying rig, this is the engine you need because of it's fuel efficiency and high output.

Tools Needed

To use the Honda GX-340 engine you will need to install it to the spray rig by mounting it to the system with a power screwdriver.

How to Use

• Step 1: Following the manual and guide that comes with the part, install the Honda Engine to your spraying rig system (or you could have our experts install it in house).
• Step 2: To start the engine, first move the fuel lever to the ON position. Then move the choke lever to the CLOSED position, and then move the throttle lever 1/3 of the way toward the MAX setting. Then turn the engine switch to the "ON" position. Once this is done, use the retractable pull string to start it up.
• Step 3: Move the choke lever to the open position and then position the throttle lever for the desired engine speed. To turn the engine off when done, turn the engine switch and fuel valve to the "OFF" position. Keep regular maintenance of the engine and make sure it has adequate fluid to work.

Nondetergent oils and 2 stroke engine oil are not recommended because they have inadequate lubricating characteristics. Use Honda 4 stroke-stroke oil, or an equivalent high-detergent, premium quality motor oil certified to meet or exceed U.S. automobile manufacturer requirements for Service Classification SE or SF. (Motor oils classification SE or SF will show this designation on the container.)
