Nuvan Prostrips +, manufactured by AMVAC, is a ready-to-use vaping insecticide strip infused with the active ingredient dichlorvos 18.6%. This ingredient eliminates targeted pests by damaging their nervous systems.

Nuvan Prostrips + controlled release technology to gradually emit a deep-penetrating, odorless vapor that circulates evenly throughout enclosed spaces. Effective for up to four months, it kills both visible and hidden insects on contact and helps prevent new infestations—making it ideal for use while you're away.

This is a clean and odorless pest control vapor strip that can easily be placed or hung to control biting, stinging, and other flying pests within enclosed spaces. It can eliminate insects that bite, crawl, or carry diseases for up to four months.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how many Nuvan Prostrips to use by measuring the cubic feet of the treatment area. Measure the length, width, and height of the treatment area and multiply these numbers together (length x width x height = cubic feet). One 65 gram strip will treat between 900 and 1,200 cubic feet.
• Step 2: While wearing gloves, open the foil package and peel the strip from its packaging. Open the plastic encasement, place the Prostrip inside, then snap the plastic encasement shut.
• Step 3: Hang or place the strip in the designated area where targeted pests are gathering and out of the reach of children or pets.
• Step 4: Replace the Pro Strips every 4 months for maximum control.

Nuvan Prostrips + can be used in garages, sheds, attics, crawl spaces, pantries, cupboards, closets, museums, museum collections, animal buildings, barns, storage units, trash bins, grain bins, pest traps, utility boxes, vacation homes, cabins, out-houses, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, boats, farmhouses, and ranch houses. Also, strips can be used to control pests around non-perishable packaged, bagged, or bulk raw and processed agricultural commodities (including corn, soybeans, grains, cocoa beans, and peanuts).

Use only in closets, wardrobes, and cupboards within homes. Also for use in storage units, garages, attics, crawl spaces, boathouses, museum collections, garbage cans, trash dumpsters, animal buildings, milk rooms, catch basins, bulk raw grain, storage bins, enclosed utility boxes, reptile houses, and terrariums.

This product may not be used in kitchens (except cupboards), restaurants, or areas where food is prepared or served. Do not use this product in any area of the home where people will be present for extended periods.

When to Use

These can be used when targeted pests such as flies, mosquitoes, gnats, and others are in enclosed areas.

Drafts, weather, and other conditions may affect the performance, but treatment usually lasts four months.
