Must buy item!
These baits are amazing! we had a real issue at a rental and we tried just spraying but the would just come back. But with these baits after laying them out the next the population was significantly decreased. It was a real nightmare for about 6 months dealing with them and now I feel a lot more comfrontable being in my kitchen. The only thing I have is a con is the very strong smell to the baits. if you are sensitive to strong smells be aware of that, I would also think about wearing gloves I next time

Hope it continues to work.
Placed the traps and have seen less of the roaches. Last week, I haven't seen any.
Also good delivery from the company.

Finally something that actually works!!!
Was suffering from roaches at one of my rental properties. Spraying did nothing to really help. We used these bait stations as directed, and 2 months later a roach siting is a rare occurrence.
