Always remember to replace bait that been eaten or tampered with.

When using this product remember to first identify areas where rodent activity has occurred or where feces has been sighted.

A good idea when placing the bait is to put them next to walls and structures, as rodents tend to travel along foundations and against walls when moving around, and very rarely tend to venture into open spaces.

Other places where baits would be ideal include along walls and building foundations, in cellars and crawl spaces, by gnawed openings, in corners and concealed spaces, between floors and walls, and besides burrow openings.

When treating for white-footed mice the bases of trees are suitable baiting points (remember not to place bait more than 50 feet away from buildings).

When using to treat voles determine areas where voles have been sighted or where plant girdling has occurred, or where plant bulbs (or short stems with fleshy leaves or leaf bases) have been consumed, near burrow openings, and close to surface runways.

When treating for voles, place 1 block of product in a tamper-resistant bait station, where children and pets cannot access the product, close to runways, burrow openings or close to plants that have been damaged. Maintain a fresh supply of bait for 15 until vole activity ceases.

Kaput Mouse Block Review
We have used these blocks for mice and voles for the past 3-4 years and they do the trick. We place two blocks in each bait station and we have the stations all around the perimeter of the house. We do this in late summer to start of winter for the mice and early spring to the end of the summer for the voles. Since using the blocks we have not had a problem with mice getting into the house or voles making trails in our lawn. The professionals use these blocks and now so do we!
