High Pressure PVC Chemical Spray Hose is one of the most important components on a spray rig. Manufactured by Solutions Pest & Lawn for use on our professional spraying rigs, this hose is made with a durable PVC lining on the inside to prevent it from kinking.

This type of hose is ideal for making fast and efficient treatment applications on crops, lawns, vineyards, around building perimeters, and other large outdoor areas. When replacing spray hose on an existing spray rig, buying a spray rig, or having a spray rig customized, the High Pressure PVC Chemical Spray Hose ensures long-lasting and high-quality performance.

Tools Needed

When using the High-Pressure PVC Chemical Spray Hose on a spray rig, a suitable spray gun for applications is needed. To install the hose on a hose reel for a spray rig, a flat head screwdriver, hose clamps, tubing cutters, and a crescent wrench will be needed.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Attach the hose barb fitting to the reel. Once secured, slide the hose over the barbed fitting making sure to put the hose clamp on the hose before sliding it on the barb. Tighten to secure.
  • Step 2: Unwind the hose completely and then reel it onto the hose reel (either via manual or electric).
  • Step 3: Once you get to the end of the hose you can attach a quick-connect or hose barb depending on what you will be attaching the end of the hose to.

Where to Use

Using PVC Spray Hose

The High-Pressure Chemical Spray Hose is used as the main component on spray rigs to treat lawns, recreational fields, crops, vineyards, nurseries, and perimeters of residential or commercial buildings.

I really like it and it’s the best price out of any hose . I priced hose from every supplier I knew that sold it and it was several hundred dollars cheaper. I bought an extra 300 foot to have extra. Thanks Ryan Graham (Graham’s Spray Works)

  1. Q:Your high pressure spray hose is it smooth or ribbed on the outside?
    2/18/20
A:Not ribbed like Kuriyama or Flex Tec. I got the 1/2 inch green and it’s slick. It’s a whole lot stiffer than my Kuritec but I have had that one for years. I’m hoping this will break in eventually. If it were softer it would be fantastic. I had to cut it off my reel where it connects several times because it kinked at the connect. I now use my reels for storage of the hose only, and just pull it all off the reel and connect directly to my pump at each job, and then after the job I just roll it back onto the reel. Slightly inconvenient but in the grand scheme of things it takes me 5 minutes to roll it back onto the reel. I do this with my pressure washer hoses also and in turn my reels and hoses last much longer. I have a Hannay reel that is 17 years old that is smooth as silk on the original swivel! Don’t make them like they used to!! The stainless Hannay is the only way to go.

  2. Q:On the 3/8" hose. Does it use the 3/8" quick connect?? The hose is 3/8" ID and the quick connect shows 3/8" OD. I am a little confused. I am assuming the 3/8" on both will work for each other. Let me know thanks.

  3. Q:Can you spray sh with this hose?
    8/26/19
A:I don’t know what sh is but I use this hose daily on my spray rig. It’s really good hose. I bought two rolls of it cheaper than I could buy one of other brands . Hope this is some help.
