Tools Needed

There are no additional tools needed to use the RCO Gopher Bait Injector but you may need a shovel to dig mounds and probe for areas to place bait and you also need gopher bait.

How To Use

• Step 1: Identify the mounds on your property. Gopher mounds are different than mole mounds in that they are fan-sized and often times kidney shape or horseshoe-shaped. Mole mounds tend to be circular. Once found, locate the tunnels or runways. You’ll know that you have found a tunnel if the ground below you offers little resistance and the applicator sinks deep underground.
  
• Step 2: Once a runway or tunnel is located, load the RCO Gopher Bait Injector with your selected gopher bait using the label for specific amounts of bait to place in the applicator.
• Step 3: Once you have found the tunnel or runway,use the Gopher Bait Injector to pierce the ground and inject the bait into the area by squeezing the trigger.
• Step 4: Apply bait in five places for each mound using this method, but remember not to exceed the maximum amount recommended per acre, or per application, stated on the label of the pocket gopher bait you have chosen.
