Final Blox Rodenticide
Final Blox Rodenticide
Final Blox Rodenticide, manufactured by Bell Laboratories Inc., are weatherable rodenticide bait blocks designed to eliminate meadow voles and various types of rats or mice.
Designed with the potent active ingredient Brodifacoum 0.005%, which is also mixed with irresistible food-grade ingredients to further entice labeled pests to consume this bait. It will begins to kill targeted rodents 4 to 5 days after the first initial ingestion of the bait.
Final Blox Rodenticide can be placed around indoor or outdoor areas where rodent activity is found. With the paraffin wax coating, Final Blox Rodenticide will maintain effectiveness in various types of weather. This effective single feed bait is ideal for use around residential areas, manufacturing plants or restaurants where rodents are not welcomed.
Tools Needed
Bait stations are not required for the use of Final Blox Rodenticide, however they are highly recommended, especially for areas where non-targeted animals, pets or children have access to infested areas where bait will be applied.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine the areas where rodent activity has occurred (along walls, gnawed openings, corners, concealed places, etc.). Proceed to remove as much alternative food as possible with a thorough cleanup.
- Step 2: As soon as rodent activity is found, place Final Blox Rodenticide in and around infested areas. Depending on the severity, use up to 22 blocks per 15 to 30 feet to kill rats and use 1 to 2 blocks every 8 to 12 feet to kill mice and voles. We recommend that if using bait stations, place empty bait stations around infested areas for few days to win over the rodents' trust before baiting with Final Blox.
- Step 3: Keep fresh Final Blox available in bait stations or in areas where bait is being placed, until rodent activity has stopped. Remove all old bait and dead rodents from the area as soon as possible.
Where to Use
Final Blox Rodenticide can be used in indoor or outdoor areas where rat, mice or meadow vole activity is evident. They can be placed in between walls where rodents hide, around the perimeter of homes, restaurants, hotels, manufacturing plants, and barnyards. When using bait stations, place the bait stations every 10 to 20 feet apart surrounding the perimeter of the structure or area where rodents are found. For best results place the bait stations up against a wall where the holes entering the stations are closest to the wall.
When to Use
Final Blox Rodenticide can be used any time rat, mice or meadow vole activity is seen. When feces, chew marks or black scuff marks are detected, rats or mice are most likely in the area. The sooner Final Blox Rodenticide bait is used, the more effective it will be to eliminate them.
Safety Information
Final Blox Rodenticide is safe to use around children, pets, and livestock when used according to the label. To ensure maximum safety, use tamper-proof bait stations. This will keep the rodent from carrying the bait away to be found by an innocent animal or child later on. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) with applying Final Blox Rodenticide.
Special Considerations
Final Blox Rodenticide comes with pre-drilled holes for easy installation in bait stations or to hang in sewers with a wire. Follow the labeled instructions for detailed use.

Q:I have been using Final bait for over 3 months and have been refilling bait boxes every 1-2 weeks and it’s completely gone. It doesn’t seem to be working, what do I do?3/4/18A:I had a similar problem with another bait brand. I made my own boxes with three chambers, the bait going in the center. It was being eaten faster than I thought it would. I put a night vision camera on it and it was a raccoon. Obviously the poison wasn't enough to phase an animal this size. I made the holes smaller and used cement blocks to anchor it.

Q:do the mice build up an immunity to it?1/23/18A:Final does not usually cause an immunity to mice over extended use. You can always change bait if you find that this is less palatable to the rodents.
