Fahrenheit Herbicide, manufactured by Quali-Pro, is a 38% water-soluble granule herbicide for the control of over 100 broadleaf and grassy weeds in labeled warm-season turf grasses.

This easy-to-use formula provides visible activity in as little as 7 to 10 days. Fahrenheit Herbicide contains two modes of action, metsulfuron-methyl 5.00% and Dicamba 33.00%. This combination makes for a very effective killer of invading annual and perennial broadleaf weeds, as well as certain grassy weeds.

Fahrenheit Herbicide is a recommendable economical product that can applied in low doses for complete affordable weed control.

Tools Needed

To use Fahrenheit Herbicide, you will need to mix the product into a sprayer of your choosing such as a backpack sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, or a professional spray rig for large volume applications.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Determine how much Fahrenheit Herbicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, you will need to measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take your square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acre). For spot applications, apply 0.2 fl. oz. of Fahrenheit Herbicide per 1 gallon of water per 1,000 square feet. Larger broadcast applications will vary between 3 to 12 fl. oz. of product per 20-80 gallons of water per acre.
  • Step 2: Fill your selected sprayer tank with half of the required amount of water and then add the measured amount of Fahrenheit Herbicide. Fill the sprayer the rest of the way with remaining half of water. Close the sprayer and shake it until the product is well-mixed.
  • Step 3: Spray the target weed, making sure to get even coverage via fan spray setting. Check back after 7 to 10 days and reapply if necessary to get complete control.

Where to Use

Use Fahrenheit Herbicide as a foliar spray on warm-season turf on residential and commercial lawns or commercial properties such as sod farms, sports fields, parks, campsites, recreational areas, roadsides, school grounds, cemeteries, and golf courses (except golf course greens and collars).

When to Use

Fahrenheit can be used in the spring, summer and fall as long as temperatures are 50 degrees or above.

Safety Information

Fahrenheit Herbicide is safe to use around pets and children when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.

Do not allow people or pets to enter the treated area until sprays have dried.

Special Considerations

1 bottle of Fahrenheit can treat one acre. Fahrenheit can deliver results in temperatures as low as 50 degrees so it can be used throughout the growing season.

Great Product, Better Price
I used Fahrenheit a couple time on my customers yards and this has been a great product for grassy weeds. I started noticing the weeds dying in a matter of about 6-7 days. Easy product to use and great price. I'll definitely keep this in my arsenal for grassy weed products.
