Aquatrols CapSil Spray Adjuvant, manufactured by Aquatrols, is a effecitve non-ionic surfactant that enables herbicides to quickly spread over the entire plants waxy leafy surface, ensuring complete penetration and coverage over difficult to wet surfaces.
This suspended concentrate formulation contains an 100% active blend of organo-silicone and non-ionic surfactant for uniform spreading and coverage of all foliar applied products.
Aquatrols CapSil Spray Adjuvant ensures that results expected from used foliar pesticides and nutrients are achieved with each application without unnecessary labor and expense of repeat treatments. Reduced instances of leaf burn as this product is safe to use when applied as instructed.
Tools Needed
To use Aquatrols CapSil Spray Adjuvant, you will need a herbicide or pesticide to mix the product with. This product can be applied with a backpack sprayer or spray rig.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Aquatrols CapSil Spray Adjuvant to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). To use this product with herbicides or micronutrients, apply Aquatrols CapSil Spray Adjuvant at a concentration of 6 - 16 fl. oz. of product per 100 gallons of spray solution. To use this product with insecticides/miticides, fungicides, or foliar feed, use Aquatrols CapSil Spray Adjuvant at a concentration of of 6 - 12 fl. oz. of product per 100 gallons of spray solution. For use of Aquatrols CapSil Spray Adjuvant on cuttings, such as poinsettia: use a solution concentrate of 300 to 600 ppm or about 4 fl. oz. to 8 fl. oz. per 100 gallons (approximately ¼ to ½ teaspoon per gallon).
- Step 2: Fill your sprayer with the half the amount of water, add measured amount of Aquatrols CapSil Spray Adjuvant and selected pesticide or herbicide, then pour in remaining half of water. Close the spray tank lid and shake until the solutions have evenly mixed.
- Step 3: Spray the pesticide or herbicide mixed with Aquatrols CapSil Spray Adjuvant as directed on the selected product label.
