Solutions Landscape Bait Station
Solutions Landscape Bait Station
The Solutions Landscape Bait Station is a unique bait station because it resembles a rock to blend in with the outdoor environment, creating a discreet bait station. Colored to resemble gray granite, the rock design also has a naturally textured surface to further make it look and feel like the real thing so that rodents will not be able to tell the difference as they enter the rock and explore.
This heavy-duty bait station can hold eight bait blocks of size 15, 20, or 28 grams or a jagged Edge Snap Trap. It is tamper-resistant for the protection of non-intended targets like children and pets. Its one-piece inner liner makes cleaning very quick and easy.
Tools Needed
The Solutions Landscape Bait Station is easy to set up and use. All that is needed aside from the station itself is your choice of rodenticide bait blocks. You could also fit a Jagged Edge Snap Trap in the station if you choose.
How to Use
- Step 1: Open the bait station by first locating the keyhole on the side of the station. Take the key which comes with the station and matches the pattern of the key with the hole and then turn the key. You might hear a click or a snap, indicating it has unlocked. Then lift the lid up.
- Step 2: The Solutions Landscape Bait Station comes with a tray if you wish to place granular rodent bait or you can remove the tray to apply bait blocks. Once the tray is removed, insert the vertical rods in their designated areas. The station can hold up to four rods in place. Alternatively, you can just place a rat trap which fits the station into the station.
- Step 3: Insert your preferred bait blocks onto the rods. Close the lid and lock it with the key provided then place the bait station outdoors in an area where rodents have been active.
Where to Use
Solutions Landscape Bait Stations are designed to be used outdoors around residential and commercial buildings to protect rat and mouse poison from children pets and the elements. This can be around dumpsters or trash areas, around gardens or any other areas conducive to rodents. Place the station up against the wall foundation. For the control of rats, place stations approximately 25' apart. For the control of mice, place rodent stations 15' apart.
When to Use
Use bait stations whenever there is high rodent activity, particularly in the fall and wintertime. Bait stations should always be used when deciding to bait or trap rodents outdoors for protecting non-intended targets.
Safety Information
Always make sure to wear gloves when handling rodent bait. The product is safe for pets and kids when used according to label instructions.
Special Considerations
Baits do not come included with the Solutions Landscape Bait Station and must be bought separately.

Q:We have smart rodents. They are able to eat all the PB/oat bait every night and NOT trigger the trap. We’ve tried just smearing the bait on the trigger paddle, and they just lick it clean! Suggestions for improving our catch?12/10/21A:Its hard to know for sure without knowing what your placement is like, but you can place the peanut butter and oats more on the trigger plate to make it harder for the rodents to get the bait off the trap. For better assistance, you can reach out to our customer service team at (985) 205-3449.

Q:How do you get rid of the rats?8/16/17A:You will want to place a rodenticide in the bait stations, the rodent crawls inside and eats the bait, then they crawl out of the Protecta Landscape Bait Station and the move about their business to die.
