The High Flow Pump (190 GHP) from MistAway is an important replacement pump assembly for the MistAway Mosquito Misting System. The High Flow Pump allows for high flow of air to pump through the system in order to help push insecticide misting concentrate through the nozzle systems.

This pump assembly works with all MistAway units, regardless of the generation and is made with durable brass. The pump assembly also contains both intake and discharge fittings. If you original pump malfunctions or is having issues with air flow, replacing the pump assembly may restore your system back to normal performance.

Tools Needed

To install the High Flow Pump (190 GHP) For Mistaway Mosquito Misting System all you need is a Phillips screwdriver.

How to Use

• Step 1: Following MistAway manual instructions and using the screwdriver, repositioning the controller and plastic cover that protects the unit.
• Step 2:  Remove the existing pump by unscrewing the clamp that connects the pump and motor and pull the pump of the motor. Release the intake and discharge tubing from the push-to-connect fittings on the pump.
• Step 3: Take the new High Flow Pump and insert intake and discharge tubing into push-connect-fittings on pump. Push tubing into fitting and then pull back ensure good connections.
• Step 4: Slide clamp with screw over pump and mate pump shaft to motor, then tighten the clamp.
• Step 5: Reassemble the MistAway unit and perform a test misting to ensure everything is working properly.

Where to Use

The High Flow Pump is the pump assembly that fits all units of MistAway Mosquito Misting System. It is to be installed beside the motor and connects to the intake and discharge tubing.

When to Use

Replace the pump assembly when you are noticing a drop in air flow or your misting system is not properly dispersing misting fluid.
