Q:Gardens safe application use prior to planting?3/23/21A:I would use it prior to planting to avoid getting stung, but you can’t use it if you’re planting any food crops. It’s been very effective in our yard, but it does have to reapplied after rain or reinfestation.

Q:which product is better for pastures extinguish plus or extinguish pro?3/5/21A:I have only used the "Plus" version and it is hard to get clear answer to this question. They are both similar but the PLUS version has a growth regulator and an added component that will kill adults while the PRO version only has a growth regulator. I have had very good results broadcasting the PLUS version on our pastures. The key is making sure the ants are actively feeding and no rain for a couple days. I use a herd spreader to broadcast and it works very well. Hope this helps.

Q:can this product be applied prior to a soaking rain, within 48 hours?4/18/18A:I have read that once Extinguish gets wet it becomes ineffective. I try to apply it when the ants can have 3 days to get at it before it gets wet. They need that time to gather an effective amount.
