11/04/25
3-D Broadleaf Herbicide, manufactured by Quali-Pro, is a selective post-emergent herbicide that contains dicamba, 2,4-D, and Mecoprop-P. It can be used for a wide range of weeds, such as clover, dandelions, henbit, and many other broadleaf weeds, in non-residential lawns.
This product is very safe on many established turf varieties, including fescue, carpet, centipede, Kentucky bluegrass, and ryegrass. Its low odor makes it easy to use and safer for use in public environments.
3-D Herbicide is an effective post-emergent herbicide powered by three active ingredients to broadleaf weeds in various application sites.
Tools Needed
For general residential applications, you will need a hand-held or backpack sprayer. For large applications, use a pesticide spray rig.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much 3-D Herbicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For general use on ornamental and recreational turfs, 3-D Herbicide should be mixed in a gallon of water at the rate of 0.75 to 1.5 fl. oz. per 1,000 square feet, depending on whether you have warm-season or cool-season grass. For example, if you have a 2,000 sq. ft. yard to treat, you will need to mix 1.5 to 3 fl. oz. in 2 gallons of water. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions.
 - Step 2: Fill a handheld pump sprayer halfway with water, then add the required amount of 3-D herbicide to the tank. Replace the cap and agitate by shaking the sprayer. Add the remaining water required and surfactant if needed, then repeat agitation until well mixed. Then, you will be ready to spray.
 - Step 3: Spray the target weed, ensuring even coverage and that spray bands do not overlap to ensure grass health. Wait a week, then monitor the treated areas and reapply if necessary.

Where to Use
Applications should be made to listed turf grasses on residences, golf courses, sod farms, highways, right-of-ways, and other non-crop areas.
When to Use
Apply 3-D Herbicide when weeds are young and actively growing.
Do not apply when temperatures are above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Safety Information
3-D Herbicide is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.
Keep people and pets out of treated areas until 48 hours have passed after application.
Special Considerations
It is recommended that 3-D Herbicide be mixed with a surfactant to enhance the coverage and movement of the active ingredients into the plant.
