Martin's Viper Insecticide is also effective in flushing insects out of cracks and crevice areas in flooring and walls with a simple spray application. This product is easy to mix and apply for a strong defense against, spiders, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, and more.
Tools Needed
To apply Martin's Viper Insecticide, a handheld pump sprayer, backpack sprayer or skid sprayer is needed. For cracks and crevices, we recommend using the handheld pump sprayer.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Martin's Viper Insecticide Concentrate to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For most pest control applications, the rate of Martin's Viper Insecticide you should use is 0.5 to 1 fl. oz. in a gallon of water to treat 1,000 sq. ft. Use 1/2 fl. oz. (1 tbsp) of product in 2-10 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. to create a barrier application.
- Step 2: Fill your sprayer halfway with water then add the appropriate amount of Martin's Viper Insecticide Concentrate to the sprayer and fill your sprayer the rest of the way with water. Close the sprayer and shake well before applying.
- Step 3: Apply the Martin's Viper Insecticide solution as a coarse, low-pressure spray to areas where pests hide, to outside surfaces and around buildings. To create a barrier around the outside of your structure, spray 2-3 feet up on the wall and 6-10 feet wide on the ground next to it. Repeat treatments as needed.
Where to Use
Martin's Viper Insecticide can be used in and on buildings and structures and their immediate surroundings and on modes of transport. Permitted areas of use include industrial buildings, houses, apartment buildings, laboratories, buses, greenhouses (non-commercial), and the nonfood/feed areas of stores, warehouses, vessels, railcars, trucks, trailers, aircraft (cargo areas only), schools, nursing homes, hospitals (nonpatient areas), restaurants, hotels and food manufacturing, processing, and servicing establishments.
Do not use in greenhouses where crops for food or feed are grown.
Do not use in warehouses where raw or cured tobacco is stored or where raw agricultural commodities for food or feed are being stored.
When to Use
Use Martin's Viper Insecticide when you want to prevent or eliminate insect infestations via residual barrier before insect activity is noticed. It can also be applied when a quick control method for insects or spot treatment is needed to kill insects within minutes.
For maximum results do not make outdoor applications within 24 hours of rainfall.
