Cruise Control Dicamba Herbicide
Cruise Control Dicamba Herbicide
Cruise Control is developed by Alligare LLC and is a selective herbicide used for the control of weeds in specific crops, non-croplands, and established turf. Cruise Control contains the active ingredient dicamba and comes in a water-soluble formulation that can be applied either by mixing it with water or a sprayable liquid fertilizer.
Tools Needed
Cruise Control can be applied with a hand-held sprayer or backpack sprayer for general applications.
How to Use
- Step 1: Fill a hand-pump sprayer halfway with water then add the required amount of herbicide to the tank. The typical application rate is 1/2 to 1 1/2 pints per acre but may vary depending on the height of the weed and weed type.
- Step 2: Replace the cap and agitate by shaking the sprayer. Add the remaining water required and surfactant if needed, then repeat agitation until herbicide solution is thoroughly mixed.
- Step 3: Spray the target weed, making sure to get even coverage and not overlap spray bands to ensure grass health.
- Step 4:Check back after 7 to 10 days and conduct follow up application as needed until the problem weeds are eliminated.
Where to Use
Cruise Control is designed for use on agricultural lands, croplands and ranges and pastures. See the label for the full list.
When to Use
Apply Cruise Control Herbicide when weeds are young and in active growth since this is when they are most susceptible to herbicides.
