Not impressed with the quality of product, and definitely not with customer service!They arrived with the inner workings fallen apart and rattling in the box.

it works. Already trapping voles that's been nothing but a pest and a
destroyer. I really like the clear window that's on top. Let you see inside

Best trap everThis trap out performs every other trap I've used, and I've tried many over the years. A few years ago a I had a major mouse infestation. My house was undergoing a remodel at the time which gave access to the mice. Over a period of about 6 months, I caught over 50 mice with this trap, both indoors and out. One time the trap caught a whole mouse family, 2 adults and 4 juveniles, in my pantry. The only negatives that I encountered were that a few mice were killed or injured when they got caught between the spring plate and top of the trap, and I broke 2 traps by winding the knob too tightly. I don't fault the trap for either. When used as instructed, I found this trap to be exceptionably effective at catching mice.

Works very wellThis works very well for multiple catches.However, it will need checking periodically for mice getting jammed between the rotating door and entrance opening which will render the trap inoperable. probably the best trap Ive used so far.

Very good product.Works great! I don’t know where all the mice and moles are coming from. I catch and kill at least on a day.

Works wellWe have had good success with catching mice in our basement using this trap. Just be prepared to deal with how to dispose of the live mice...

Light weight cheesy lid.Lightweight cheesy lid. Could be a thicker plastic lid but it works . Just not sure how long the thin plastic will last . Metal lid with a indow would be ideal.

Effective and easy to useThe mouse trap is humane but effective. I've already caught three mice with it. I like that it is easy to see a mouse inside when checking the traps, and it is easy to carry the trap by the handle to release the mouse---far, far away.

GoodIt's good if you can get the mice channeled into the hole or opening. Peanut butter seemed to help with that!

It gets 'em!Works great. Ordered 2, one clear lid, the other not clear but got both with no clear lids. Anyway, they are working well.
