Works Great But.....I've been using for years. Apply every 6-8 months and keeps the house pest free. I only wish it was colorless as the white residue doesn't go well with dark flooring. I have to use a damp sponge mop to go over after it dries which probably reduces it's effectiveness. Otherwise, great inexpensive produce.

Tree Roach KillerA very good insecticide for tree roaches or Palmetto bugs. I applied it on the outside brick walls and on the trees and bushes. The next day I counted 17 dead roaches along the garage wall. It claims to work for two months and it has so I am about to apply a second round. Solution had the best price.

Does the job with out a doubt. Dries without damaging perimeter. Recommend for outdoor use.I highly recommend Demon for those who prefer to do their own monthly insecticide prevention. It has worked against spiders, scorpions and tarantulas.
