SHOPPING GUIDE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

Thank you for visiting SolutionsStores.com! This simple guide will make your shopping experience fun and easy. If you have any questions please give us a call at 800-479-6583. We are here to help Monday to Friday 8am-5pm CST.

FINDING A SPECIFIC ITEM

At the top of any page, you will find tabs that give you easy access to our main bug categories. When you click on any of these tabs, our site takes you to that category and displays the important information that can help you select the right product. In addition, you can use the Product Search box on the top right.

PLACING ITEMS IN YOUR SHOPPING CART

To purchase items from our site, you need to place them in our electronic shopping cart. Simply click on the “Add to Cart” button on the item’s product information page. You can continue adding items to your cart until you’re ready to make your purchase. You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the gray "Cart" button at the top right of the web site.

COMPLETING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS

Please review all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart to ensure the items are correct in size, and quantity (if applicable). After you've finished shopping, click on "Checkout".

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The final section is to verify your credit card billing address and enter your credit card account number and expiration date. SolutionsStores.com allows you to pay via Google Checkout or major credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa, or Mastercard).

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER

After entering your payment information, simply click the "Place Order" button and the order will be processed. That's it! You will be e-mailed immediately with confirmation of your order,        including your order information and invoice number.

ARE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS ON SOLUTIONSSTORES.COM SAFE?

 SolutionsStores.com's servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), one of the most powerful and widely used encryption technologies on the Internet today to keep your information safe.          We do not store any credit card information after a transaction has been completed.

 WHY WOULD MY CARD BE DECLINED IF THERE ARE SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT?

 In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your                    SolutionsStores.com account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that Billing Address information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. We may from time to time request drivers license verification for larger order sizes to protect against fraud.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Orders may be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed but before the product has entered our shipping queue. After shipping orders can only be returned minus any shipping charges.

SHIPPING

We will make every effort to ship orders as soon as they are received. Orders received before 4pm CST will most likely be shipped the same business day. Any product that is out of stock will be shipped to you as it becomes available for shipment. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail of the estimated ship date as well as asked if you would like to cancel.

SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY TO SATURDAY

Orders placed on Sundays, or holidays will be shipped the following business day. We do our best to run 6 days a week full steam ahead. We do not guarantee orders placed saturday will ship same day.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS IN THE USA TERMS & CONDITIONS

Free shipping is offered on all orders and will be sent either UPS, FedEX or USPS. For larger orders and special pricing, please call us toll free at 1-800-479-6583.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

Items in stock will leave the warehouse the same day on orders placed before 4PM. From shipment confirmation e-mail you can expect 1-5 days of transit time on UPS or FedEX or 4-6 days on USPS. We try and ship all of our orders via the fastest ground method but due to pricing and competition we sometimes have to ship via cheaper methods. If you absolutely need the product by a certain date just pick up the phone and call us and we are more than willing to accomodate special needs.

EPA RESTRICTIONS

Some insecticides cannot be shipped to certain states or require special licensing to purchase. If a product cannot be sold in a particular state then you will be informed of the restriction on the product's information page. Solutions Self Chem will adhere to any and all state shipping restrictions. If more information is needed after placing an order Solutions will contact your via e-mail to obtain the necessary paperwork to ship the product.

WRONG ADDRESS CHARGES

If a wrong address is provided as the shipping location a $11 fee will be assessed on that order to locate the new address and deliver the package. This is the exact fee that UPS/FedEx charges us.

LOST ORDERS

Customers who do not receive their order in a timely manner must let us know at least 7 days after shipment so that we can investigate the matter. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders if we are not notified in at least 15 days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.

REFUSED ORDER CHARGES

If a product is refused Solutions Self Chem treats is as a return and will refund the sale price less shipping costs. 

RETURNS

Solutions Self Chem will accept any return of unopened merchandise. Equipment cannot be returned as it is impossible to accurately know if it has been used or not. Solutions Self Chem will provide a full refund for the items less shipping costs.

1.) Call us toll free at 1-800-479-6583 or email askapro@solutionsstores.com to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. All items (not including equipment) that have not been opened can be returned. 

2.) Our customer support representatives will give you information on how and where to return the product.

3.) You will have to pay for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and process your return we will give you a refund less any shipping costs on your order. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
