The Remote Antenna Extension (Product#:10961) is manufactured by Mistaway and is a replacement antenna for a MistAway Gen 1.3 or Gen 3 Mosquito Misting System. This is a very easy install and will help improve the functioning of your mosquito system and its response to the remote transmitter. If the reception of your remote transmitter has a bad signal and controlling with the remote isn't working as well, the antenna may need to be replaced.
Tools Needed
There are no additional tools required to install the MistAway Remote Antenna Extension as it can easily be screwed on.
How to Use
- Step 1: Connect the antenna Gen 1.3 or Gen 3 Mosquito Misting System after opening up the underside of the unit.
- Step 2: Test the unit to see if the signal is better and it is responding better.
Where to Use
The Remote Antenna is meant to be connected to either Gen 1.3 or Gen 3 in place of antenna mounted to the unit located on the underside of enclosure lid
When to Use
The Remote Antenna should be replaced when you are looking to troubleshoot problems with signal reception of the Mosquito Misting System unit..
