German Cockroach The German Cockroach, often referred to as the “Kitchen Roach”, is the smallest of roaches found in the US. It’s usually 5/8” long in the adult stage and has two dark longitudinal streaks on the head of the body. They are mainly found inside the house and usually infest areas where water and heat are present such as dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, and kitchen and bathroom cabinets. German Cockroaches can be difficult to control because they nest and live in areas that are hard to reach.
